Russian General Meets Syrian Kurdish Leader, Dampens Battle Against Turkey

The United States (US) and Russia both spoke through military communications lanes about 1x throughout the aggression into Ukraine. A top US official who spoke on terms of anonymity explained that the US initiated a "deconfliction" call to express its grief about Russian military operations near the crisis infrastructure in Ukraine.

The phone call was carried out because there was a detailed incident. This call connects the U.S. military's European Instruction and the Russian National Defense Management Center. But the official refused to explain next.

There are events that are considered to be publicly involving the Russian fight around Ukraine's crisis infrastructure. Counting Russian operations around the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant of Ukraine.

Ukraine raised concerns that Russia would blow up the Nova Kakhovka dam, which dampens a large reservoir in southern Ukraine. The rupture of the dam will flood the settlements below, in the direction of the vital regional capital Kherson, which was taken back by Ukrainian forces on November 11.

U.S.-Russian communication has been a concern since the beginning of Russian aggression into Ukraine. The deconflict line is a communication step between the US and Russian militaries.

Communication through other military lines counts as a rare high-level conversation between U.S. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin and Russian Defense Secretary Sergei Shoigu. U.S. Army General Mark Milley and Russian General Valery Gerasimov have spoken 2x since the war began. White House national security adviser Jake Sullivan and CIA Director Bill Burns were in contact with top Russian officials.

The U.S.-Russia link is at its lowest point since the Cold War. When asked about the deconflict line, the Pentagon explained that its faction is keeping several streams to review crisis security issues with Russia throughout precarious conditions for the purpose of containing misrepresentations, military events and escalations.

"We are moved by the recent calls of senior Defense Department officials with Russian comrades, and believe that constant discussions are important," the Defense Department spokesman said.

The Pentagon explained that the deconflict line was created to avoid accidental impacts in NATO airspace or on the ground. Throughout the Cold War, the United States and the Soviet Union kept such heat lines at another level.

"This is not intended as an all-round stream of complaints where we can only carry out telephones and write concerns about what Russia has done in Ukraine," said a senior US defense official at the time.
