If you live in an area with limited face-to-face interaction, you can use technology to stay in touch with loved ones. This can be done via video calls, phone calls, or chat applications.

2. Maintain Physical Health

Maintaining physical health can help improve your mental health and well-being. Be active for at least 30 minutes every day, whether it's running, walking, yoga, dancing, biking, or even gardening. You can do these things while playing the music you like to make it more fun to live it.

Eat a balanced and healthy diet and try not to delay eating so you don't get sick easily. Then, make sure to get enough sleep. However, lifestyle affects mental health.

3. Do the Activities You Like

Try to keep doing activities that you find meaningful and enjoyable, such as cooking for yourself or a loved one, playing with pets, taking walks in the park, reading books, or watching movies and TV series. Having a regular routine with activities that make you feel happy will help you maintain your mental health. So, try to do the things you love.

4. Stay away from harmful substances
